Comparing notes after the 21 September 2016 NIU Foundation Board meeting, Alumni Association President James-Christian Blockwood ‘007 (center) is flanked by the newly installed Board Chairman, Michael Hayden ’80, and his predecessor, Michael “Mike” McConnell ’71. McConnell, who was the founding Chairman of the 501(c)(3) NIU Foundation, will remain on the board as Chairman Emeritus.
